DEDICATION
This website is dedicated to our Guru Param Pujya Sri Swami Ramdev Baba. Swami Ramdev Baba is instrumental in making the art and technique of Pranayam and Yog so popular that not only in India but also in many countries of the world people have started practicing it regularly and have immensely benefited from it, curing most of their diseases from their systems just sitting at home.
He has been conducting workshops regularly in Pranayam and Yog all over India and by now millions of people have been cured of most of their ailments.
We would also like to dedicate this site to our very dear friend Mr. Kirit Mehta, the Managing Director of Astha television channel, the channel which has been telecasting Swami Ramdev Babaji’s workshops every day regularly in the morning as well as in the evening since many many years. This channel has helped millions of people regain good health. Today Astha channel is not only available in India for viewing but also in many countries of the world.
Baba Ramdev has been insisting that each and everyone who has learnt and benefited healthwise from his Pranayam and Yog teachings, should teach as many people as he can whom he comes in contact with. His philosophy is to see that this humanity is disease- free and enjoys a healthy life.
Upholding his ideals, we decided to host this website so that people can benefit from it from all over the world. If you have the time and inclination, believe it or not like my own self, you will not only be able to get rid of most of your diseases from your body but will be able to live a healthy life and feel atleast 10 years younger.
